Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The company is striving to provide customers with photos of the products that are as realistic as possible. However, there may be slight differences in terms of color or packaging design, but nothing significant.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
After successful payment of the order, we send you the invoice for the ordered goods in the form of a PDF document to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order on the Viva la Gaia website.
It is your responsibility to review all order information and specifications before placing an order. Objections made later regarding the irregularity of issued invoices are not relevant.
How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
The company strives to always have all products available for our trusted buyers. However, in case of an Out-of-Stock situation, we will do our best to restock the missing products.
