Our story
We are a group of creative and curious experts from various fields of natural sciences who are fascinated by natural resources.
We designed a new brand, Viva la Gaia, based on the successful results of research and development projects of the EU program LIFE and Operational Program for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy.

Our vision and what we believe
At Viva la Gaia, we know that nature offers many ingredients whose functional and bioactive properties are just being discovered and are slowly being introduced into daily use. New scientific findings and more environmentally friendly technological processes help us to progress. At the same time, we know that in this way, we can reduce the number of by-products of food processing and, ultimately, waste, which is the primary driver of climate change.
Our vision is to create and offer innovative superfoods, nutritional supplements and other products that result from new technological discoveries and to create this in an environmentally friendly way.
What we do
We are building a comprehensive portfolio of products based on the wide use of natural raw materials. We emphasise high-value ingredients often lost in food processing, such as whey components, plant proteins, antioxidants, fibres, and other polysaccharides.
Based on acid and sweet whey, as well as the remains after pressing oils and making plant-based milk drinks, we have created a line of premium products rich in protein and fibre and low in simple sugars.
We offer gluten-free flour, pasta, ready-made baking mixes and nutritional supplements to environmentally and nutritionally conscious consumers. We have also expanded our offer to include a line of cosmetic products.
