Statements according to Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 on permitted health claims on food:

Vitamin A contributes to iron metabolism, maintaining vision, supporting the immune system, and cell specialization. It also contributes to the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes and skin.

Vitamin D contributes to the immune system’s function, has a role in cell division, maintains healthy bones, muscles, and teeth. It contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and maintains an optimal level of calcium in the blood.

Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin C promotes the formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin, and teeth. It aids in the proper functioning of the immune system during intense physical activity and afterward, and protects cells from oxidative stress. It contributes to energy release in metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also regenerates the reduced form of vitamin E and enhances iron absorption.

Niacin, also known as nicotinic acid (B3), contributes to the release of energy during metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, enables normal psychological function, plays an important role in maintaining healthy mucous membranes and skin, and reduces fatigue and exhaustion. Niacin is one of the essential B-complex vitamins. It participates in the metabolism of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates, reduces cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and promotes circulation.

Vitamin B6 (riboflavin) has a role in cysteine synthesis, immune system function, homocysteine metabolism, protein and glycogen metabolism, formation of red blood cells, immune system function, and hormonal regulation.
