A great quick dessert! A slightly exotic, delicious and quickly prepared dessert. Baked bananas in muscovado sugar. An excellent dessert that fits after a delicious lunch.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 slice of butter
- 1 tablespoon Muscovado Dark Sugar by Viva la Gaia
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of yoghurt
A slightly exotic, delicious and quickly prepared dessert. Baked bananas in muscovado sugar. An excellent dessert that fits after a delicious lunch.
Preparation
First, cut the banana into wedges. Next, melt the butter in a pan and sprinkle it with a spoonful of Muscovado sugar.
When the sugar melts, add the banana pieces and fry quickly so that a caramel crust forms on the surface. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with lemon juice and add a spoonful of plain yoghurt.
For this dish, you can also play with other unrefined sugars from the Viva la Gaia range (e.g. coconut sugar, palm or cane sugar).
